WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranty of GUTTER Products and Services
Lifetime Limited Material and Labor Warranty
If ever you note that the paint finish on your installed gutters or downspouts are peeling, cracking, chipping, flaking, blistering, or blotchy fading, Bruce Andrews Seamless Gutters & Roofing will replace the defective portion free of charge. Labor is included.
Changes in surface color resulting from normal weathering and exposure to sunlight and surface dirt is excluded. Damages attributed to “acts of God”, negligence or “accidents” are excluded.
Your new gutter’s endcaps and mitered corners are warranted against leaks for a minimum period of one year following installation. If drips or leaks are discovered during or after that, contact us. We will treat you right!
LEAFLOCK™
“Lifetime of your Home” Limited Warranty
Under normal use and with proper care and maintenance, your LeafLock™ gutter protection system will keep your gutters free flowing for the life of your home. The patented LeafLock™ panels and brackets will be free of manufactured defects and the Kynar finish on your LeafLock™ panels will resist fading and chalking and not peel, flake, chip, blister or crack for the life of your home. This warranty is transferable to the next owner.

Lifetime Limited PERFORMANCE Warranty
If you ever feel your gutters or LeafLock™ gutter protection system installed by Bruce Andrews Seamless Gutters & Roofing is not performing properly, we will come inspect your system, and make appropriate adjustments to maximize product performance. Of course, damages attributed to “acts of God”, negligence or “accidents” and normal gutter and LeafLock™ cleaning maintenance is excluded.
STANDING SEAM STEEL ROOF
40-Year Limited Warranty
Your custom-made hidden fastener Standing Seam roof carries a 40- year warranty on the metal itself and the paint finish against peeling, chipping, and excessive fade. Additionally, we stand behind our professional workmanship for a full year after installation. If there is a problem, we want to know about it!
ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF
IKO Lifetime Limited Warranty
Your superior IKO Architectural Shingles offer a Limited Lifetime warranty on the Cambridge, Dynasty, and Nordic Series shingles and a 15-year Iron-Clad warranty for any manufactured defects. Additionally, they have a 10-year Algae Resistance warranty. Bruce Andrews Seamless Gutters & Roofing provides our 1- year professional workmanship warranty.
